Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and products offered by Gossauer Bijouterie, as well as to all orders placed via our website gossauer.ch or in our store. By placing an order or using our services, the customer accepts these GTC.

2. Offer and product description

All information about jewelry, watches, precious metals, prices, and availability is for informational purposes only and is not binding. Product images may differ slightly from the original depending on the screen display.

3. Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), including statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change and errors excepted.

4. Order and conclusion of contract

An order is considered a binding offer. The contract is only concluded once we confirm the order by email. Gossauer Bijouterie reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit and debit cards

TWINT

Bank transfer

Cash payment in store

POWERPAY – purchase on account with partial payment and installment options

Purchase on account with partial payment option (POWERPAY)

MF Group / POWERPAY is an external payment service provider offering the payment method “purchase on account.”

When concluding the purchase contract, you also accept the terms and conditions of POWERPAY.

 

6. Shipping and collection

We ship exclusively within Switzerland.

Delivery times are non-binding.

Collection from the store is free of charge.

7. Returns and exchanges

There is no right of return. Exchanges are generally excluded.

8. Repairs and services

We offer jewelry and watch repairs. Costs will be communicated in advance. No liability for existing damage.

9. Gold and watch purchases

Valid official identification is required. Purchase prices are based on the daily rate.

10. Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply to new watches. Jewelry is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

11. Liability

Liability only applies in cases of intent or gross negligence.

12. Data protection

Personal data will be treated confidentially and used only for order processing.

13. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Gossauer Bijouterie until full payment has been received.

14. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
