Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and products of Gossauer Bijouterie, as well as to all orders placed via our website gossauer.ch or in our retail store. By placing an order or using our services, the customer accepts these GTC.

2. Offer and Product Presentation

All information regarding jewellery, watches, precious metals, prices, and availability is for informational purposes only and is non-binding. Product images may vary slightly from the original depending on the screen display.

3. Prices

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF), including statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated. Price changes and errors reserved.

4. Order and Contract Conclusion

An order is considered a binding offer. The contract is concluded only when we confirm the order via email. Gossauer Bijouterie reserves the right to refuse orders without stating reasons.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards
• TWINT
• PostFinance
• Bank transfer
• Cash payment in store
• POWERPAY – purchase on invoice with partial payment and instalment options

MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the payment method "purchase on invoice". With the single invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you do not pay within the specified timeframe, you will subsequently receive a monthly invoice with an overview of your orders in the following month.

Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, POWERPAY assumes the outstanding invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on invoice, you accept, in addition to our GTC, the GTC of POWERPAY. (powerpay.ch/de/agb).

 

With POWERPAY's monthly invoice, you have the option to pay the outstanding invoice amount in full or in monthly instalments. Depending on the offer, interest-free instalment payments with a term of 12 to 36 months (0% interest) may be possible. The exact conditions for instalment payments and any fees depend on the currently valid conditions of POWERPAY.

6. Shipping and Collection

We only ship within Switzerland.
Delivery times are non-binding.
In-store collection is free of charge.

7. Returns and Exchanges

There is no right of return. Exchanges are generally excluded.

8. Repairs and Services

We offer jewellery and watch repairs. Costs will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for existing damage.

9. Gold and Watch Purchase

A valid official ID is required. Purchase prices are based on the daily rate.

10. Warranty

Manufacturer's warranties apply to new watches. For jewellery, a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

11. Liability

Liability only for intent or gross negligence.

12. Data Protection

Personal data will be treated confidentially and used only for order processing.

13. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Gossauer Bijouterie until full payment has been received.

14. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
